PHASE 1: FOUNDATION AND COMMUNITY BUILDING

1. Advocate and define our Vision and Mission ushering into Web3 frontier. Always valuing transparency, inclusivity, accountability, and decentralization.

2. Grow Core Community Platforms such as our conversations tab, X platform, Discord & Telegram group for discussions. Use newsletters to keep our community updated on progress and milestones.

3. Educate and Inform. Publish educational content and Web3 scams, AI technology, and trustless systems. Share case studies of successful scam detection in Web3.

4. Use social media campaigns to attract reach - directly towards passionate about grassroots DeFi and core values.

5. Establish incentives to engage in our community.

6. Recruit Core Members. Identify and empower community leaders and moderators. Currently looking for volunteers that are passionate about fraud prevention and decentralization.
   

PHASE 2: PROTOTYPE DEVELOPMENT

1. Collaborate with Security Experts. Partner with Web3 security firms, blockchain developers, AI developers, and ethical hackers.

2. Create a repository of known scam tactics and fraudulent wallet address.

3. Leverage AI for Scam Detection. Identify early AI tools that detect scam patterns, transaction flows, phishing websites, fake social media accounts, etc…

4. Crowdsourced Reporting System - Build a simple platform where our community members can report scams for further analysis with each other. Develop a verification process parallel with this to ensure accuracy.

5. Engage in Public Awareness. Expose scammers with detailed case studies (while adhering to privacy and legal guidelines). Advocate for trustless systems as a solution to reduce reliance on centralized entities and scammers exploiting the weakness of retail investors.
   

PHASE 3: BUILD TRUSTLESS COMMUNITY TOOLS

1. Launch a minimum viable product such as a dApp where users can report scams, view flagged address, and contribute to scam detection.

2. Integrate AI Models using machine learning for fraud sections, such as anomaly detection and natural language processing for scam content.

3. Implement Reputation Systems by developing reputation-based model where active, verified community members can gain higher trust. Develop proper incentives for verified community engagement.

4. Develop Transparency by incorporating features that allow users to verify the origin and logic of AI decisions (explainable).

5. Use blockchain to log scam reports for tamper-proof auditing.

PHASE 4: SCALE AND COLLABORATE WITH AI DEVELOPERS

1. Create a robust, scalable platform for community-driven detection and prevention.

2. Become partners with developers specializing in blockchain analytics, AI ethics and explainable AI. Continue with partnership to build sophisticated models to handle large-scale date from Web3 ecosystems.

3. Explained blockchain integration with multiple networks (Eth, Sol, etc…) to monitor scams across ecosystems. Use oracles for real-time date feeds.

4. Enhance security by employing techniques such as zero-knowledge proofs to ensure user privacy while reporting scams. Build partnerships with decentralized identity platforms to verify user identities without compromising anonymity.

STATE 5: ENGAGE IN COMMUNITY DISCUSSION TO LAUNCH GOVERNANCE TOKEN FOR SUSTAINABILITY

1. Governance token only used for community voting on platforms changes going forward and scam report validations.

2. After successful launch of token and distribution - a community vote to decide rewards for reporting validated scams, improving AI models, and engaging in our community with impact.

STAGE 6: ADVOCATE FOR TRUSTLESS SYSTEMS

1. Drive Web3 adoption through transparency and security. By parting with Ecosystem players such as DeFi platforms, NFT marketplaces, and DAOs to integrate our scam detection tools.

2. Global awareness campaigns to advocate for transparency and accountability in Web3. Publish findings in sophisticated format with logs and proof from our work to date and how it can truly help with the massive manipulation of a decentralized network.

STAGE 7: DECENTRALIZE GOVERNANCE AND ENSURE LONGEVITY

1. Hand over control to the community for long-term success. This will avoid becoming a hypocrite of our mission and vision and put our money where our mouth is.

2. Transition to a complete DAO with community voting on major decisions. Establish clear, transparent rules for how the DAO will operate.

3. Maintain Sustainability by ensuring the platform is self-sustained through tokenomics, market value, and partnerships with community approval. This also means continuously improving the platform with community-driven upgrades.

4. Foster a legacy by celebrating our journey and stories along the way when it came to advocating and ushering forward the correct decentralized networks and platforms.

5. Reinforce our message that trustless systems are the cornerstone of Web3 and that those who use and develop these systems will be tirelessly attacked by communities built - just like ours.
